Guide on how to set up the Zebra ZD421 Label Printer
Go to Settings on the Microsoft Surface Tablet
Choose Printers & Scanner and select ZDesigner ZD421. The printer should be already installed. If it is not, contact your IT Administrator.
Choose Printing Preferences.
Under Page Setup, ensure the following options and parameters are the same.
Under Print Options, ensure the following options are selected. Darkness should be around 16-20.
