Import Sparepart List from SAP

Allows user to import Sparepart List from SAP. After import, MDB Sparepart quantities will tally with the SAP List and differences will be flagged out. (Only for items that is linked with SAP)

Only MDB Sparepart items that are "Linked to SAP" will have their quantities tally with the SAP List.

Note: If MDB system detects new Sparepart Material Number from the SAP, it will automatically create a new Sparepart entry in the Sparepart Registry. User is advised to update the information for the sparepart manually.

1. Click on Sparepart Registry from the left menu.

2. Click on Import SAP Monthly Sparepart

   
3. Upload the SAP file with the extension .xlsx.

   
4. IMPORTANT: Please note files downloaded from SAP directly cannot be uploaded. User is required to open the SAP file and saves it under .xlsx format before uploading to MDB.

5. If SAP Sparepart List quantities does not tally with the MDB quantities, it will be reflected when user select "With Difference" under Sparepart Registry.
