Create/Update SDM Master Plan Worksteps

Allows user to Create or Update SDM Worksteps in a SDM Master Plan. The worksteps created/updated here will be reflected in the SDM-by-year records.

Please note that all fields marked with (*) must be filled out.

  1. Click on SDM (CSD) tab from the left menu.

  2. Click on the SDM Master Plan from the top menu.

  3. Select the year, the correct plant information from the drop down list and the status that you would like to see. Then input the tag number that you are searching for. You can input a sub-string of the tag number instead of the full tag number, i.e. you can input 101 to locate a tag number A-101. Hit "Enter" to invoke the search.

  4. All relevant matches will be displayed in the resultant table.

  5. You can change the "Show" value to increase/decrease the number of records to display in the table.

  6. To export the records shown in the table, click the "EXPORT" button. You should get a csv format file downloaded to your local machine with the relevant record details.

  7. To Create/Update the SDM Master Plan Worksteps, click on the ID number of the SDM Master Plan.

  8. To update the SDM Master Plan, click on the Edit at the top menu.

  9. Please note that the greyed out fields are not editable.

  10. To create new Worksteps, Click on Add Work Step

  11. Input the Work Steps number, descriptions and relevant information. Assign Weightage of each steps to it. Click on Add Work Step for additional steps.

  12. The numbering of the left will be sorted in ascending orders and duplicate numbering is not allowed. Upon savings, the worksteps will be sorted and displayed as shown below:

    Weightage will be added up automatically at the bottom
  13. Click Save upon confirmation
