View Management Plans of an Equipment

Allows user to view the Management of an Equipment in M-DB, for PM Master Plans (PM) and SDM Master Plans (SDM)

1. Click on the Equipment tab from the left menu.

2. Select the correct department from the top menu. The top menu will display the department(s) that you have access to.

   
3. Select the correct plant information from the drop down list and input the tag number that you are searching for. You can input a sub-string of the tag number instead of the full tag number, i.e. you can input 101 to locate a tag number A-101. Hit "Enter" to invoke the search.

4. All relevant matches will be displayed in the resultant table.

   
5. You can change the "Show" value to increase/decrease the number of records to display in the table.

6. Click on the Equipment that you wish to view.

7. To view the Management Plans of the equipment, in the middle of Equipment page, choose the Equipment Management tab.

   
8. Under Equipment Management, user will be able to see the PM Master Plans (PMM) and the Shutdown Management Master Plans (SDM) that is created for this equipment. To see the details of the plans, user can click on the PMM or SDM No.
