Amend a Fulfilled Sparepart Request (Manager Only)

Allows Manager to amend quantity, after a Sparepart Request has been fulfilled or cancel the entire Request.

  1. Click on Spare Parts Request under Spare Parts from the left menu.

  2. Choose the Plant, Department and filter for fulfilled Requests

  3. Click on the Request No.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. User is able able to edit the following fields.

  6. As this is amending a Fulfilled Request, do take note that the Remaining Quantity does not include the Issued Quanity. E.g. When Remaining Qty shows 10 and the request Qty is 15, the maximum quantity the user can change to is 25.

  7. Click on Save to save Sparepart Request Edit.

  8. Alternative Manager can click on Cancel to cancel the entire request. Fulfilled stocks will be returned to the batch it withdraws from.
