Control Access Rights for Users

Allows user to set the correct Access Rights for Users. Only for M-DB administrators and super-users.

Update: All contractors will be able to access their team's work orders.

1. Click on User Management tab on the left menu, under System.

2. Input the email address of the user for whom you intend to adjust the Access Rights. Click on the email address to see the details.

   
3. Click on Edit and choose the correct role for the user. Each role will have a pre-determined access rights. User can customise the access rights by ticking the corresponding boxes. Click save at the bottom to save the configuration.
