Request for Sparepart

Allows user to put up a Sparepart Request to the warehouse and Storeman can easily manage the requests via MDB system.

  1. Click on Spare Parts Request under Spare Parts from the left menu.

  2. Click on New Request on the left.

  3. Fill the relevant information required.

  4. Under Request Items, input the whole of part of the Sparepart Number.

  5. Once the Sparepart number is entered, MDB will show the remaining quantity available for issue. MDB will not allow request for spareparts to exceed the remaining quantity.

  6. Click on Add Item to request for more items in this Request.

  7. Click on Save to save the Sparepart Request.
