View/Edit/Delete Equipment Summary

This module is designed to provide a historical summary of major changes and issues for individual equipment, allowing users to easily reference and review past incidents.

  1. Click on the Equipment tab from the left menu.

  2. Click on the Equipment Summary button on the right.

  3. Enter the Equipment Tag you wish to view on Equipment Summary, select the correct Plant and Department and press Enter.

  4. The resultant table will be displayed. User can click into the record to view the Equipment Summary. Clicking on the event link will bring you directly to the event task.

  5. To edit the record, click on edit in the Equipment Summary record page.

  6. Please note that Plant, Department and Equipment cannot be amended. User can edit the events linked, description and date. Click on Save at the bottom of the page to save the update.

  7. To delete the Equipment Summary record, click on the bin icon to delete it. Press ok upon the confirmation prompt to delete the record.

  8. Alternatively access to the Equipment Summary is at the individual Equipment page where there is a tab to access it.
