Register New Piping

Allows user to register new Piping in M-DB

Please note that all fields marked with (*) must be filled out.

1. Click on Piping tab from the left menu.

2. Click on Register New on the upper right corner of the screen.

   
3. Select the correct Plant from the dropdown list. Input the Area, Section, Pipe Tag No, Branch No, From, To. Choose Grading from the dropdown list and input the Installation Date/interval.

   
4. Continue to input the relevant fields if available. Select the Failure type from the dropdown list.

   
5. Click Save to complete the Piping registering.
