Setup: Printer Driver Installation

Guide on how to install Zebra ZD421 Driver installation

  1. Go to https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printers/desktop/zd421.htmlarrow-up-right

  2. Download the driver from the DOWNLOADS tab

  3. Choose Windows Printer Driver

  4. After unzipping the driver folder, click on the zd-driver exe file to run an installation.

  5. After installation, go to C:>ZD10-06-20-28252 folder and click on PrnInst.exe to run the ZDesigner Utility Driver Set Up.

  6. Follow the instructions from the Wizard.

  7. Choose USB Port Installation. Connect the printer to the computer. The Driver will automatically search for the model.
