"Connection Isn't Private"

User may experience seeing the above message when accessing M-DB system. Look for the resolution describe below.

Every year, M-DB system needs to renew its SSL/TLS security certificate. Renewal should be seamless. Sometimes there may be a lag in server update of the certificate. It may take some time to reflect the update.

*Mitsui IT Department also has to import the security certificate in their Group Policy (GPO).

  1. When the SSL certifcate is not properly updated in the server, user may see the following message when accessing M-DB.

    The URL link will show that M-DB is not secure.
  2. User should log out MDB and close the chrome (Google) browser. Wait for some time again to access MDB.

  3. If the problem persists, click the 3 dots on the top right corner of the browser

  4. Select history.

  5. Search mitsui-sg.innobasic.com

  6. Select the box and click delete browsing data.
